What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit includes an in-depth consultation, a thorough physical examination (including postural assessment, range-of-motion testing, and orthopedic evaluation), and on-site X-rays if needed. After reviewing all findings, your chiropractor will explain your diagnosis and present a personalized care plan. Many patients receive their first treatment on the same day. Plan for approximately 45–60 minutes for your initial appointment.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid tight jeans, belts, or anything restrictive. You will remain fully clothed throughout your visit.

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?

Most patients find chiropractic adjustments comfortable or immediately relieving. You may hear a popping sound — this is simply gas releasing from within the joint, similar to cracking your knuckles, and is completely harmless. Some mild soreness after the first few adjustments is normal and typically resolves within a day or two.

Can I bring my child for chiropractic care?

Where are you located?

We are located at 222 High St., Ste. 201B, Newton, NJ 07860. We serve patients throughout Newton and the surrounding Sussex County communities. Our office hours are Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am–1:00pm and 3:00pm–7:00pm, Friday 8:30am–1:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am–12:00pm.
